BOUFIGO 14 le samedi 11 mai 2013

Samedi 11 mai 2013 à Eyguières, l’ADREF 13 procédera au lancement de la Boufigo 14 version SSTV à 10h. A ce sujet et comme vous le savez peut-être, depuis le mois de décembre 2012, Christophe F4AQG a mis en place sur le R7 de Marseille un QSO SSTV en vu de familiariser les OM désireux de recevoir les images de la nacelle.
Toujours soucieux de varier les versions de nos Boufigo, cette fois-ci, vous pourrez très facilement « capturer » les images prises par la nacelle B14. Pour ce faire, il vous suffit d’avoir ou de télécharger gratuitement un logiciel de SSTV, de posséder un ordinateur et un RX VHF … Une liaison BF entre le RX et l’ordi et c’est tout ! Facile donc de recevoir les magnifiques images de notre planète …
Boufigo 14, une nacelle imaginé et préparé par Christian F6DHI :
    – SSTV sur 144.650 Mhz FM / 300mW / scottie 2 / pose de 1 minute entre chaque image.
    – Balise sur 144.675 Mhz CW FM / porteuse non permanente / 40 mW , 2 messages distincts.
    – Antennes : dipôles en V horizontaux pour les deux fréquences.
Comme d’habitude, nous serons à l’aérodrome d’Eyguières dans le hangar généreusement prêté par notre ami Marc F1OVL.
ATTENTION : tout comme l’année dernière, il y aura TROIS aéronefs dans le hangar. Une zone sera délimitée et il sera interdit de franchir cette zone. De même, la petite porte d’entrée sera fermée et il vous faudra passer coté piste pour rejoindre le PC. Merci de ne pas stationner sur le bord de la route ni devant les entrées des autres hangars.
Afin de ne pas perturber la réception VHF des images SSTV au PC, il est demandé à tous les visiteurs de ne pas trafiquer en VHF sur l’aérodrome y compris l’APRS … Merci d’avance pour votre collaboration et votre compréhension.
Comme d’habitude, nous ne maîtrisons pas la météo et les vents d’altitude,  donc une décision finale sera prise 48h avant pour un éventuel report, soit le jeudi soir pour le QSO de section sur le R7 de Marseille. Bien évidemment, vous serez tenu informé sur ce site et sur les listes de diffusion.

TROISIEME BALLON SOLAIRE du BRAQ le 24 mars 2013

BRAQ 2013-3   Ballons Solaires : 

 

Après deux lancements faits pour le fun avec peu d'équipement pour apprendre comment ça fonctionne, je crois que nous devons essayer des lancements avec nos équipements réguliers, et voir si nous pouvons faire aussi bien. Ce lancement sera donc avec une balise morse permettant de faire descendre la charge après une courte envolée de 30 minutes, un système de tracker en APRS, et un caméscope.

Lors des 2 précédents vols, nous avons réalisé que 60 minutes de vol, c'est beaucoup trop, car nous ne lançons pas de nos sites habituels. Lançant d'un vaste champ près de St-Valérien, nous ne disposons pas de la même distance, avant que le ballon ne soit rendu près des régions boisées, ou au delà de la frontière.

En utilisant ce site, nous sommes également plus loin des zones plus achalandées de trafic aérien, bien que je ne pense pas que ce type de ballon soit plus dangereux que les ballons avec hélium qui eux peuvent apporter des charges plus lourdes et qui sont bien moins visibles.

Le temps de vol a été raccourci à 30 minutes et devrait nous permettre une altitude d'environ 15,000' et nous permettre de garder un contact visuel, et de récupérer les équipements.

Le BRAQ lance un ballon solaire le 18 mars 2013

Je vais lancer un autre ballon solaire ce matin, avec juste une balise FRS
sur 462,5625, et un fuser pour un vol de 45 minutes, descente en parachute.

Je vais tenter de le récupérer avec seulement le RDF s’il n’est pas trop
loin d’un chemin.

Project*! iHAB-8 is scheduled to launch *October 14, 2012 at 16:00Z
(11AM CDT)*.  The iHAB Team as well as other High Altitude Balloon fans
have had a challenging year trying to launch balloons due to the global

We were fortunate to obtain enough helium to complete one launch in
2012, and iHAB-8 is that launch!

The *iHAB Team* is excited to fly another "FUN" payload. Including a new
"micro" 20 Meter QRP CW beacon designed and built by Dave Cripe - NM0S,
Hi-Def Video, and time-lapse photography.  The CW beacon controller is a
new version (not yet available for purchase) of the EZKeyer from 4SQRP.
The EZKeyer v2 has expanded memories, AND beacon mode! Please spot

The other exciting mission to this launch, and the reason we are calling
is "X" Marks the Spot is because we are going about this launch a bit
backwards to what we have done thus far.  For an added twist of

predictions right up until we launch.  We have chosen the Ottumwa
Industrial Airport - KOTM as our "X". This will challenge our Propulsion
Team to hit their mark!

PROJET DE CAHIER DES CHARGES BALLONS AMATEURS

Voici quelques images en illustration, pour poser le problème de l'élaboration du futur "cahier des charges" de l'activité "BALLONS AMATEURS".
Ce cahier est nécessaire et doit être établi par tous les amateurs concernés et déposé à la direction de l' aviation civile DGAC, le plus vite possible.
Il n'y aura pas de commentaires, ni d'explications ou si peu, sur ce support consacré aux ballons amateurs en France.
Mais le principe d'une consultation large est lancé, des éléments viendront s'ajouter au fur et à mesure des discussions, et vous trouverez toutes les informations sur les travaux de toutes les parties prenantes sur le site consacré aux activités ballons du BHAF :   UNIQUEMENT CELUI CI !

Première partie:  
définition du cadre de l'activité "BALLONS AMATEURS EN FRANCE"

Document ancien qui a été utilisé  dès 1996, entre le CSE et le CNES (avec Michel Verdier).
A titre de déclencheur des dialogues, entre les acteurs, pour illustration. 

Constitution de la chaîne de vol.  

Il faut justifier l'emploi d'un ballon stratosphérique:  pourquoi un ballon ?

Il y aura des mesures externes et internes:  des expériences mais limitées suivant des critères précis. 

Les capteurs feront appel à des composants adaptés et performants.

Une chaîne d'acquisition de données est établie, avec liaison par radio sur les fréquences VHF 144.650 Mhz (IARU) dans le sens de la voie descendante et UHF dans le sens de la voie montante. (transmission de signaux pour expériences interactives). Canal ATV recommandé réservé aux ballons amateurs :  1243.250 MHz  (DGAC).

L'alimentation en énergie de la nacelle sera particulièrement étudiée, pour une grande autonomie, un poids minimum, une pollution réduite et  si possible gratuite avec la présence du soleil... 

Le site de lâcher sera dégagé, et suffisamment grand pour assurer un décollage sans danger. 

Il faut établir une répartition des tâches, former une équipe avec des jeunes et des adultes qui utiliseront des méthodes rigoureuses et une démarche scientifique avec un déroulement planifié.

Le cahier des charges indiquera un certain nombre de critères à respecter impérativement dans le but d'assurer la sécurité tout au long du projet, il définira des modes d'emploi et des règles pour la réalisation, le jour du lâcher, la trajectoire et la récupération.  

Les activités des radioamateurs seront assurées pendant toute la durée d'un projet, depuis la conception, les réalisations, le jour du lâcher et la récupération de la nacelle. Progressivement, il y aura des moyens techniques comme la télévision ATV et des retransmissions, au sol ou embarquées, des applications radio numériques embarquées pour des mesures de propagation dans l'atmosphère. Une équipe pourra se positionner à chaque extrémité de la trajectoire, et assurer l'atterrissage par navigation contrôlée par radio.

Seconde partie:  
quelles expériences à faire dans l'atmosphère?

Des quantités de paramètres physiques sont à mesurer dans l'atmosphère.  Il est possible de perfectionner les mesures, en utilisant des capteurs précis et élaborés. Les mesures sont plus que jamais nécessaires, vu l'évolution climatique, la surveillance de la couche d'ozone, la radioactivité, les variations du rayonnement solaire, les micro météorites qui bombardent la Terre en permanence. Des découvertes sont encore à faire dans la haute atmosphère avec les phénomènes électriques, ionisation, couches ionisées, les orages avec leur rayonnement gamma et la production d'antimatière... Les nacelles des ballons peuvent servir à tester des pico satellites avant leur utilisation dans
l'espace en réel...  Cette présentation a été transmise au CNES, il y a quelques années à l'occasion de plusieurs vols de ballon-école.
